We do not accept returns, but are always happy to make things right if you are unsatisfied with your order. Please feel free to contact us at any time with concerns or comments about the products you receive. All jewelry is eligible to one free remake during the first year and it must be sent back to us in order to be remade. 

Shipping is through USPS, unless otherwise requested. Shipping starts at $5 and increases with size and weight. Standard flat rate shipping is $11 and includes $100 of insurance through USPS. Please select this if you would like your package insured. Otherwise Revolutionary Ranch and it's entities (Fairydust Farm, Bohemian Cowgirls Jewelry) is not liable for products lost or damaged once delivered to the post office.
